SmowCode Cancellation & Refund Policy


SmowCode understands that business needs can evolve. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund process for your SmowCode subscription.


Cancellation Process


You can cancel your SmowCode subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform. There are no cancellation fees.


Cancellation Timeline


  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will have access to the SmowCode platform until that time.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next renewal, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of your current annual subscription.

Refunds


  • Monthly Subscriptions: SmowCode offers a full refund for the first month of your subscription if you cancel within the first 7 days. After 7 days, no refunds will be available for monthly subscriptions.

  • Annual Subscriptions: SmowCode does not offer refunds for annual subscriptions due to their discounted nature. However, you can cancel your annual subscription to prevent automatic renewal at the end of your term.


Prorated Refunds


SmowCode does not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of your subscription after the initial cancellation window (7 days for monthly subscriptions).


Free Trial Cancellations


If you signed up for a free trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid being charged. Cancelling during a free trial does not qualify you for any refund.
