Welcome to SmowCode! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SmowCode platform (the "Platform"), which includes our website, software, tools, services, and any associated documentation (collectively, the "Service").

All .smow files created by users on the Smowcode platform remain IP of the user.


Third-Party Services


The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. You acknowledge that SmowCode is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or terms of service of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Term and Termination


These Terms shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by either you or SmowCode. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice. You may terminate your Account at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SmowCode regarding the use of the Service.
